Just got a text saying Simon, the driver, tried to drop my package off but no one was in. It told me to go to https://local-shipstatus-gb.com if I wanted to pick a new delivery day. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Yesterday I missed a parcel and had to sort a redelivery for a few days later, so when I saw a missed delivery text I nearly fell for it. Fingers crossed my actual package comes then so I know for sure this message is a scam.

Got a message saying a guy called Kieran came round to drop off a parcel but no one was there. They told me to sort out another day by clicking a link: https://local-depot-gb.co.uk. The text looked legit, spelling and grammar was spot on, but I don’t trust random links in texts or emails. Plus, we were definitely in all day!

Got texts saying I need to get a PCR test because I was near someone with Covid. It came from a mobile number. This number’s been flagged by loads of people already.

I just got a message saying I was “near someone contagious” and it had a link to order a test kit. It didn’t seem legit at all, really sketchy if you ask me.

Got a text from 07783239542 saying I’d been near someone self-isolating and to order a PCR test kit online. Heard about someone who ended up losing £2000 after clicking on a similar message. Definitely a SCAM, watch out!
