So now I’m left wondering who actually did!2 yearsThis morning at about 8:10, I got a call from this number saying I was owed a refund of £202 from BT because of some error where too much money was taken each month. They wanted my date of birth to process the refund. Even though the account is under my name, the payments come from the company, so my DOB isn’t really necessary. Interestingly, yesterday at 11:40 I received basically the same call from 01914217519. I told them since they already have my address (which they confirmed), they should send me a letter instead.
