I got a call from someone saying they were from Copart UK about a car accident that happened more than a year ago. They seemed quite convincing since they knew some details about the car, but I think it’s a scam so definitely don’t click any links they send. I’ve also received texts from someone pretending to be the insurance company, so it’s quite an elaborate setup.

Today, I got a message claiming to be from Copart UK, telling me to click a link to set up the pickup of a car involved in a crash. The car was actually removed ages ago and is being kept by Copart UK. I don’t have the car anymore and never rang the number that contacted me. It definitely seems like a scam. I rang Copart UK myself and they told me it was definitely fraudulent.

I got a call from someone saying they were ringing from an insurance claims line about a car accident. They mentioned AXA insurance and said I’d made a claim with them, which I never did. Watch out, this sounds like a total scam!

They keep texting me daily about a car that got written off more than a year back! All they do is send links and a mobile number, but there’s no landline to call. Definitely looks like a scam, best to just ignore it.

Got a text with some links and this number listed as a support line after I asked about AXA insurance... and it came through on a Sunday, even though AXA said they’d only call during the week. Watch out! I reckon this is a private number and probably not legit.

Got a text from someone claiming to be from an insurance firm using the name Copart through Enterprise. Since I’d just had an accident and was expecting a call from Enterprise about my car, I rang the number back. Instead of a person, some automated message played saying my interest was noted, then the line just cut off on me.
