Received a message from a mobile number claiming to provide complimentary installations of smart meters. Strangely, there’s no company name mentioned at all!

I received a rather curious call from a mobile number, where they claimed they would fit smart meters at no charge. Strangely enough, they didn’t mention the name of their company. I can't help but wonder if this is genuine because I highly doubt my actual energy provider would ever do such a thing.
