Weirdly enough, this number never showed up on my missed calls, just the voicemail notification popped up. I’m not sure what to make of it, feels a bit dodgy if you ask me. 🤨

Got a voicemail asking me to call back, but on a different number than the one they phoned from. Didn’t bother calling them, seemed a bit dodgy to me! If it’s really urgent they can just send me a message.

I've had three voicemails and I’m also with Smarty, who seem to use the same setup. It’s a bit annoying that calls don’t get picked up, and it was only after getting a text with a number to call back that I found out I needed to give details to activate voicemail. I’ve been using Smarty for quite some time, so I don’t get why this wasn’t sorted when I first signed up.

The number 07782 333123 is just your voicemail, so no need to block that one. You actually want to block the caller who left the message, not your voicemail number.

The caller asked me to punch in a pin, my name, and hit the hash symbol, but honestly I was lost with most of what they were saying. After about 40 seconds, I just ended the call since I wasn’t sure if it was some kind of scam or a legit call. It really threw me off.
