Looks like a proper scam to me, connected to another number I came across - 07362 407629. The people on the other end claim they’re from EE, but don’t buy it!

Got a voicemail with a Scottish accent talking about losing their phone and giving a new number, then it just cut off. If you get this, don’t bother calling back - it might be a premium line and could cost you loads. Best to just block and forget about it.
