Got a few texts pretending to be from TSB, but it was totally fake. Such a cheeky trick, these scams are getting more clever all the time.

I think this person got into my Gmail without permission and now they’re trying to scam me by asking loads of personal stuff about my restart course. They keep going on about a survey and want me to share my opinions on the course, but it feels like they’re just after my private info. Definitely seems dodgy to me.

I’ve been getting messages from this number claiming to be from Three, telling me to sign up for an account. Thing is, I’ve never been a Three customer. Then they sent another message thanking me for signing up when I definitely hadn’t, and said to contact them if it wasn’t me, which again, it wasn’t. I’m actually with ID, and I know quite a few people from there have had the same texts, though I reckon ID’s not actually behind it.

Got a call today from someone saying they were from Lloyd’s, but it just didn’t sound right. They were pushy about my insurance details and asked for loads of personal info. Seemed dodgy to me, so I hung up straight away. Don’t think I’m going to trust any more calls like that without checking first. Better safe than sorry!

Got a text pretending to be Halifax saying someone added a new payee and I had to click a link. Thing is, I don’t bank with Halifax at all. Definitely a scam.

Got a message from 07383912342, but neither the number nor the sender are familiar to me. The text just said ‘ebsa’. Feels like it might be some sort of scam.
