I picked up the phone but it was a lady on the line who didn't sound like she was from the UK, couldn't really understand her. I just said hello and then she hung up. The accent kind of seemed like it might be from some English-speaking African place.

Got a call out of the blue but didn’t bother to leave any sort of message. Quite strange really.

Got a missed call from this number the other day. When I rang back, an automated voice said "you've reached a test number." Seems to me like they're faking their true caller ID. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
