Got a call from someone claiming I was due some money from a PPI refund, even though I never asked about it. They asked loads of personal info but couldn’t really answer anything when I questioned them. My advice? Just hang up and block the number.

I got a call from someone saying they were from something like PB anything, saying I was owed money from bank fees. They asked for my National Insurance number and already had my address. Then they tried to check my date of birth too. When I asked why exactly they were calling, they couldn't give me a straight answer. Not sure who they really were.
