In the end, you barely get a fraction of what they initially promised and the payment comes way too late. Do yourself a favour and shop around because I probably would’ve got a better deal just scrapping my car on my own.2 yearsSomeone has taken our car without permission. On top of that, he slaps on extra fees for collection and admin charges that he never mentioned upfront. I was promised £450 but only got £200 in the end.
