So, turns out this number is from EE. But yesterday I got calls from 07779 611423 and 07770 156269, both of which I blocked immediately. Today, this same number rang me again with an identical automated message. A Chinese lady was saying it was from EE Telecommunications, warning that my phone would be disconnected soon. She said to press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese, then switched to speaking Chinese. Obviously, I blocked it straight away!
