The person said they’d been trying to get hold of me but never succeeded (which is rubbish, as I never got any other message or contact from them, even though they said they were from immigration). They said I needed to sort out some urgent “immigration paperwork” and to press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese. The recorded voice sounded like a woman speaking with an American accent.
