However, I did finally get someone on the line earlier today, and it turns out it’s some firm conducting surveys. When I let them know we weren't interested, they insisted they’d ring back. Despite telling them four times in total that we’d rather not receive further calls, they just replied with a nonchalant “we'll call you later.” Quite frustrating, to say the least!
