I got a call from a bloke named Brian who claimed he was from my internet provider. When I asked which one, he first said Sky, but when I said that was wrong, he quickly changed it to Virgin Media. He asked me to look at the lights on my router, and when I told him which ones were blinking, he said there was a problem. Turned out it was just that classic event viewer scam all over again.
