1 yearI got a call and an email from 07778709777 and this dodgy email address claiming I owed rent to the council and needed to pay straight away. They said they were from the council, some “senior income officer” guy, but didn’t send any letter through to my house and couldn’t even tell me my address when I asked. The email looked totally fake, not anything Bristol City Council would use. Don’t fall for it or hand over any cash.
