Absolutely, it’s those MBNA lot again. Honestly, we’ve never encountered such unbelievably rude, offensive, and completely clueless individuals. They throw a bit of information your way just to frighten you into handing over a pittance. Trust me, do not divulge any further information after that! They rang us a staggering nine times in just two minutes. If only we could share their voicemails here for everyone to hear! At least when it comes to debt collectors, they tend to be somewhat more 'civilised' than these folk.

Absolutely, it’s definitely MBNA! We've never encountered such rude, insufferable, and utterly clueless individuals in our dealings. Their tactic seems to be feeding you just enough information to panic you into sending them money, however little. I’d strongly advise against disclosing any personal details to them! They called us nine times in a mere couple of minutes - it's utterly ridiculous! If only we could share their voicemails here! Honestly, even debt collectors seem more sensible when matched against this lot.
