Just had a call from this number. Didn’t answer, left it to go to voicemail and got a weird transcript about pressing 1 for English or 2 for Chinese. Then there was a recorded message in what sounded like Mandarin. Definitely a dodgy scam trying to scare Chinese students living overseas into something bad. Best steer clear of it, honestly.
