I decided to switch energy providers to this firm and was told they'd update my meter and get back to me. But for two months, no calls or follow-up, just silence and excuses. I put up with it, but the moment I changed to a different supplier, they started ringing me constantly - sometimes three times daily. Makes me think they just don't handle being ignored, yet they think their own behaviour is fine? Honestly, I can't stand being lied to or pushed around, and that's exactly what they did. They've been blocked now.

I picked up and the person claimed they were with Citizens Advice. When did they start calling from mobiles? Clearly, a scam if you ask me.

Got a call from some energy comparison place trying to check if I’m paying too much for my power. They already knew which company I use.
