Got a call from someone named Nat who immediately launched into a furious rant in broken English about refusing a refund for some complaint I supposedly made about a sports massage. She wouldn’t let me say a single thing and just kept going on for about 30 seconds before hanging up. I looked up the number afterwards and it’s connected to “Nat Thai Spa” in Morley, Leeds. Definitely a wrong number, but bloody hell, what terrible customer service!
