They were calling about smart meters, claiming to be from a company that works with the big gas and electric firms. But if that was legit, why would they phone me from a mobile number instead of an official landline? I wouldn't trust them, sounds like some dodgy sales script. I got two calls from different people, both reading exactly the same prepared lines. Feels pretty sketchy to me, so I just ended the call straight away.

After they kept ringing me non-stop like 20 times the day before, I finally picked up. They started asking about some smart meter thing for gas or electricity. Problem is, I don’t even have my own place, I’m still at my mum’s. So I just said nah, ended the call, and blocked the number.
