Got a call from a robotic voice saying it was HMRC. It mentioned some sort of fee and asked me to press one to speak with an agent. I didn’t respond, and after a little while the voice simply said goodbye and ended the call. Seems like a scam to me - HMRC only ever reaches out through letters. I seriously doubt they’d ring from a mobile or use an automated system to contact me.
