i’ve got three different phone numbers linked to a dodgy car salesman working near radlett and st albans. he sold me a car that was completely unsafe to drive and now won’t answer any of my calls. all the addresses he’s given for his business turn out to be fake. if anyone can help me track down where he really is, that would be great.
