Back on June 5th, I got caught out by a scam that started with a camera ad on eBay. Ever since, whenever I try calling that number, it just goes straight to voicemail.

These scammers are seriously dodgy! About a fortnight ago, I fell right into their trap. I've been flagging their account to eBay loads of times, but it seems like they're hacking lots of innocent folks’ profiles. They often say "call this number" and ask for £500 plus £18.50 delivery fee. Luckily, I got my money refunded yesterday, but honestly, everyone should keep reporting them to both eBay and Action Fraud to stop these crooks.

These scammers are seriously dodgy. About a fortnight ago I got done over by one of them. They always want you to call a certain number, and they’re after £500 plus £18.50 for delivery or something like that. How do we even know this scammer isn’t just chatting rubbish on here? And seriously, why would anyone leave a comment like this if they hadn’t fallen for the scam themselves? I got caught out by these nasty people too! The police know about it, and plenty of others do as well!

On Monday, I got stung for £450 after buying a hot tub on eBay. Still nothing delivered and now they’re not picking up their phone at all! Seriously, stay away from this fraudster and don’t buy a thing from them!

I haven't fallen for this idiot's scam myself, but seriously, why would anyone go for bank transfers? If you buy through Ebay and pay with Paypal, don't you get protected and can claim your money back if the item never shows up? Just seems like a dodgy choice to me. Anyway, hope you lot manage to get your cash back, fingers crossed for you.

I just placed an order quickly with a seller who seemed really friendly and legit. I handed over £450 for what was supposed to be a ‘hot tub’, but it never arrived and now my calls aren’t being picked up. If anyone else has dealt with this, please report it to actionfraud.police.uk. This auction site really isn’t helping, so they need to be stopped fast!

Watch out for this scammer on eBay. He goes by multiple usernames like becca1910, broohu60, kaeozr22, kusma-0, oyem-davi, rebsteph_3108, sexyladyrighteous, zuhra_abukar, tarthomas155, shakilah_95 and claims to be Andrew Benjamin Grayton. Checking Facebook, his “friends” are mostly from places like Nigeria and Kenya. He sends fake documents such as driver’s licences, utility bills, and invoices, then asks for payments via bank transfer. His number is 07437 005905. Even after reporting everything to both eBay and the police, it seems nothing has been done about him yet.

This bloke’s still selling on eBay but now he’s gone and hidden his phone number. Using a couple of different names too, flogging all sorts of pricey stuff. He’s gonna carry on with this dodgy behaviour for ages. Proper nasty piece of work. Fingers crossed karma sorts him out soon.

Just seen this bloke selling stuff on eBay under the name kaeozr22. Absolute scoundrel! Don’t send him any cash, he’s a proper con artist calling himself Andy. You hand over the money and the goods never turn up. Seriously, do NOT give him a single penny! The coppers are already on his case, fingers crossed they nab him quickly!

Just checked the number out, now it's under kaeozr22! The listings are exactly the same as before. Felt a bit dodgy so I googled the phone number first. Really pleased I looked it up before handing over any cash!

We got tricked by some scammer on eBay saying he'd sell us a hot tub for £500. We paid up, but nothing ever showed. We managed to trace his so-called business to a place in London that looks totally dodgy. Now he's blocked us on calls and messages when we asked for our cash back! He hides behind a bunch of fake names, but usually goes by Andrew, Andy, or Edmond. Honestly, don’t hand your money over to this awful bloke. He really should be stopped quick!

Watch out for this number! Someone pretending to sell a Canon 5D Mark IV on eBay offered a deal that seemed too good to miss. I ended up sending the money, only to realise it was a scam. I've since alerted my bank about the fraud. Stay cautious!
