Then a call came through, so we set up an appointment thinking it was the original firm. After they’d gone, they handed over some papers claiming the insulation was rubbish and we needed to spend £2000 on foam insulation from Thermal Guardian. We rang the company who actually did the insulation and they said they had no idea who my mum was and nothing logged under her address.
