Got a call from someone saying they were from my bank's security team. They told me there were two dodgy payments on my account - one for £99 from Amazon and another for £750 from some online store. They asked me to press 1 to cancel the payments or 2 to approve them, or maybe it was the other way round, was a bit hard to follow because they spoke super fast like they were reading off something. They never said which bank they were with either. Honestly, steer clear of this one. It’s different from the usual energy bill scams but just as risky.
