He wanted me to sign some papers so I could claim money back or something. Problem is, I was only about 11 in 2005! Then he started rambling about how it’s alright if I don’t remember taking a loan with Barclays, even though I bank with NatWest. He kept droning on about it until I just couldn’t be bothered anymore and hung up.
