I got a call from +44 7774 413720 and it seemed dodgy to me. I haven’t changed any of my bank details and 02 takes my direct debit at another point in the month entirely. So yeah, it felt like a scam.

Sounds dodgy to me - they tried to get me to give my updated billing details for O2 since the payment didn’t go through properly.
