This has been going on for quite a while, now using a different number. They claim to be from BT's tech support and warn that your phone line will be disconnected unless you pay right away. It usually begins with a voicemail. Best thing to do is just ignore it and definitely don’t press any buttons to talk to them... they’re not from BT, it’s a total scam.
