When I expressed my desire to withdraw from their services and requested a refund, they assured me I'd receive my money back within 15 days. Here we are, over 16 days later, and I've heard nothing but silence. I've preserved all the correspondence in my inbox, and the individual I've been in contact with is a chap named Pankaj.
