I got a call saying if I spent over £600 abroad on my Visa or Mastercard, I should press 1. Total scam, obviously! Honestly, why don’t the phone companies or the government do something to put an end to this? It’s so frustrating!

As soon as I picked up, an automated voice came on saying some security lot had permission to block my NI number. Totally didn’t buy it. Watch out, seems like a scam!
