They keep ringing non-stop, trying to pressure someone who's really vulnerable into booking appointments. They wrongfully suggest that a smart meter has to be installed and that only they can do it. The worst bit is they call before 9 in the morning, which I believe is against the rules. Then they just keep ringing all day, every day. On top of that, they blatantly ignore the Telephone Preference Service, which you’d think is illegal. Scottish Power seem to be turning a blind eye to all this dodgy behaviour and won't step in to stop it.
