Just like everyone else here, I had a call from an Asian guy whose accent was so thick I couldn’t catch what he was saying. I asked him who he was trying to reach, but the only thing that made sense was something about bad debts. I ended the call quick and now I see loads of people complaining about the same thing. Definitely blocking this number from now on.

Got a call from this number earlier. The person claimed to be from some Credit Checking Department, wanting to know if I had any loans or credit cards. I told them I didn’t owe anything. Then I asked why they were ringing me from a mobile, since a legit credit company would never do that. They just cut the call. I sent a message saying I’d report the number to the cops, but no reply.

I got a call from someone called 'Gary' claiming to be from Data Protection Services, talking about some unsecured debt I supposedly had. Had a polite Indian accent and was pretty courteous when I said no thanks. Honestly, just another annoying call in my day.

I’ve had to block this number, 07771441766, for the third time now. It’s some credit debt collector ringing me constantly. They’re full of it, don’t trust anything they say. Whenever I question where they got my details from, they just end the call. Honestly, I’ve started yelling at them - feels like a nice way to blow off steam.

I got a call from this number, 07771 441766, just last week. The guy on the other end had such a thick accent that I struggled to catch what he was saying. When I asked him to repeat himself, he got really annoyed and ended the call. Then, guess what? He rang me again this evening, 01/10/15. Recognised the number straight away and thought I’d humour him. Again, I couldn’t make out his words and asked him to say it again, but he just disconnected. I’ve blocked the number now and would recommend others do the same to avoid hassle.

just got another call from a bunch of Pakistani scammers using loads of fake 0777 numbers. they’re trying to steal your identity so they can run other financial scams in your name. best thing to do is block the number and dont give them any info - it’s all a trick!

Got a call on my partner’s phone from someone claiming to be from a cab company, saying they needed to discuss a debt credit agreement. They asked for my partner by name even though the phone contract is actually under my name. Felt like they were trying to fish for our bank details, but as soon as my partner asked what cab company it was, the caller just ended the call!
