Got a call from a bloke claiming I was owed cash from some PPI claim way back in 2004. He asked if that was right, and I said, "I mean, you’re the one who called me, shouldn’t you know?" He just said, "Very good, madam," then I hung up. I’ve blocked the number now because I’m fed up with these never-ending scam calls.

Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent claiming I was owed £1760 from a PPI claim. When I asked which company was handling it, I was shuffled over to a supervisor who didn’t really say much. Then I got transferred again to someone else who started pushing life insurance as a way to dodge fees on the refund. I just ended the call, but they did try ringing me a second time.
