12 yearsI’ve been getting nonstop calls from 0771006156 for months now, and some of them have even been rude. I got this number around seven months back, but they just won’t accept that it’s not the person they’re after anymore. Then the same lot started ringing from a different number, speaking in a language I couldn’t understand at all. Just last night, an Indian lady asked to speak to the ‘owner of the number’ - the same name they keep mentioning. Blocking services are too pricey for me, and nobody seems to fix this problem. It’s honestly getting way out of hand.12 yearsGot a call this evening from some bloke going on about an IVA. When I asked where he got my number from, he claimed it was approved by the government. I just said nah and hung up straight away.12 yearsBeen getting calls from a supposed debt collector loads of times, but I don't owe anything. Now I just ignore any calls from numbers I don't know unless they leave a voicemail. I always look up the number online afterwards, and it's usually just annoying spam.12 yearsReally frustrating, I told this guy from India to cut it out but he just got rude and started swearing. So, I gave it back to him and he just hung up. Looks like he couldn't handle a taste of his own medicine!India12 yearsThey rang me *again* today, even after I told them twice yesterday to stop and take me off their call list. I told him straight to stop bothering me or I’ll be taking it up with Ofcom. He said sorry and promised to take my number off their records, but I’m not holding my breath.Ofcom12 yearsEvery single day this number keeps ringing me up. I’ve gone ahead and reported it to the ICO because I’m on the TPS and they’re clearly ignoring the rules. When I tell them this, the guy on the line just says he’ll see if they can take my number off their calling list or something. Not sure how much good that’ll do though.ICOTPS12 yearskeeps ringing me from a debt collector number yet ive got no debts or anything owed anywhere12 yearsGot a call about some personal debt, so I said he must have dialled the wrong number and that this was a company line. Mentioned the person he wanted was busy with a client. He asked if I could put the call through or disturb the meeting, then began probing about the business itself. Wasn’t going to just let it slide, and he said he’d call back. I reckon he probably will, but if he does, I’m not picking up.12 yearsThis random person keeps ringing me loads of times a week, and I've never even come across their name before. Honestly, I have no clue why they bother when I always tell them the info they've got is wrong. What a waste of time!12 yearsLoads of missed calls from this number earlier, finally picked up today. Some bloke claiming I’m behind on payments and in a debt recovery thing. When I asked where he was calling from, he shouted out a French number and said it was the Debt Recovery Bureau. He also said something about 018 3065 741. Total rubbish and just a big waste of time if you ask me.Debt Recovery Bureau12 yearsI’ve been getting calls non-stop for the last two days, like 84 times! They keep ringing from early morning around 9 right up until nearly 9 at night. It’s driving me mad!12 yearsBeen getting loads of calls from this number but every time I try calling back, it just says "number not recognised." Really strange.12 yearsThey've called me 7 times already and each time I've said to stop and it’s a definite no, but now they keep pestering me! It’s getting really annoying!12 yearsGot two calls today from someone asking about my unsecured debt, said it was connected to some "New Government program" called IVA or something. I asked for more info and a website, which seemed to confuse the guy. He just hung up. Then they rang again but I didn’t answer. Could hear a lot of busy noise in the background, sounded like a call centre.12 yearsWhat a nightmare! Kept ringing me non-stop, banging on about some rubbish debts. Sorted now by chucking them on my block list. Proper annoying!12 yearsHad about five calls this week from someone asking for a person whose name sounded like ‘Assa Dadda’ or something close. Four times I said no such person here. Today, I decided to say it was me. The caller, who had an Asian accent, claimed he was from the Citizens Advice Bureau and could help me with my monthly debts. I told him I didn’t owe anything and warned if he rings back, I’d be reporting him to the cops.Assa DaddaCitizens Advice Bureau12 yearsWhat a nightmare dealing with O2 after switching over! They clearly passed my info to third parties even though I didn’t agree to any "O2 and partners contacting me" stuff. I asked to be removed from their call list - they’d called me three times in one day! The rep just laughed and said “good luck with that!” I told them I’m a quality and compliance officer in a call centre, then reported the number to Ofcom. Now whenever they ring, I’m ready to slap them with another fine. They just find it funny, as if it’s all a joke!O2Ofcom12 yearsSo bloody annoying, this number’s been ringin me like mad, at least 10 times today, all about some “unsecure debts” I supposedly owe. I told them straight up I don’t have any and begged them to stop callin me. Yet, not long after, here they are again, sayin the same rubbish. Last call, I even had a guy who said sorry and promised he’d remove me from their list. But would you believe it? About two minutes later, bang, another call from them, spouting the exact same nonsense. Absolute joke!12 yearsI got a call earlier today from someone claiming to be with the "Credit investigation bureau," saying I had ongoing debts with monthly payments and they could assist me. I told them I had no idea who they were and that they should stop calling or I'd report them to the cops. After that, they just hung up. Since then, they've rang me a few more times but I didn't pick up because the number was unknown to me.Credit Investigation Bureau12 yearsI tried calling the number back but it just says it's not recognised or something like that. Very strange!12 yearsThis number has rung me at least six times over the last week. I picked up twice, and both times, it was just dead silence. I’m switching homes next week and won’t be keeping this same phone number. Curious if they’ll bother trying the new one when I get it.12 yearssomebody rang me up saying i owed money which i absolutely dont. they acted like they wanted to “assist” me or something. when i pushed back, they started swearing and told me to piss off. honestly, i say just block the lot of them and their damn call centres, that’s the safest bet.12 yearsI’ve had these lot calling me non stop this week, proper annoying it is. They ring from numbers like 0771006156, but it’s always the same bunch. Seems like they’re just after getting folks to sign up to some scheme so they can make a quick buck. Honestly hope they don’t trick any older people into handing over bank or card info - that would be awful.12 yearsGot a call from someone claiming it was about unsecured credit card and catalogue debts, but I don't have any of those debts at all.12 yearsGot a call from someone looking for Jack Wilson. They claimed to be from a fraud investigation agency, but it wasn't me they were after. When I asked if they were certain, they just ended the call.Jack Wilson12 yearsGot a call earlier, said hello a couple of times but no reply, so I just ended it. Could hear loads of people talking like a call centre in the background.12 yearsI recently received a call from this number and allowed my answerphone to handle it. The caller didn't bother to leave any message at all.12 yearsI've been dealing with some debts that weren’t secured, apparently. Who knew? When I asked the caller why she was being so clueless, she mumbled something in some sort of Asian language and suggested we just take a hike. Charming, isn’t it?
