I chose not to pick up. Later, I found a brief voicemail from what seemed to be a woman speaking some kind of Asian language, with traditional music playing quietly in the background.

Got a call from 07770849802 claiming to be HSBC, said there was a payment tried on a device they said was new. They told me to click a link hs-support-removepayee[###]/login. Problem is, I don’t even have an account with HSBC, so I’m pretty sure it’s just a scam.
