Surely a proper fraud team would say who they are first and make sure it’s really you before asking for anything. Definitely a scam in my book.

Got a call from some overseas call centre insisting they were from T-mobile, but it felt dodgy as anything. Probably one of those scams trying to get your info. Definitely not to be trusted!
