Got a robo call about a £600 charge on my card, but they never mentioned which card it was! They rang me even though I’ve never used their service before. I’d had a nearly identical call a while back and since they didn’t specify the card then either, I just ignored it. This time they told me to press 1 if I wanted to confirm the transaction or press 2 to talk to someone. I just ended the call straight away.
