Got a call from 07769898984 claiming to be Sky Customer Support. They asked if I had any issues with my service, mentioned my broadband drops out a few times each week. Said an engineer would come round the next day and because I’m a loyal customer who pays bills promptly, I’d get a 40% discount. When I asked what was needed to get that discount, the person just hung up on me. Now I’m just waiting to see if anyone actually turns up tomorrow!
