Been getting loads of calls from what sounds like an Indian call centre doing tech support scams. In just three days, they’ve called me about 15 times, mostly on random mobile and pager numbers, mostly starting with 07, but once I got one from 01174565766. If you look that number up, it’s got a full scam history. Feels like all these are probably from the same place. I’ve reported it to Action Fraud hoping they’ll step in, and I’ve also told my bank to put a fraud alert on my account just in case.
