Claims to be some kind of phone preference service, but honestly it's just a scam itself! Don't trust it one bit.

He first asked me if I was the one who’d answered the phone, then claimed to be with the Telephone Preference Service. He said that since I’m a pensioner and always pay my phone bills promptly, I wouldn’t get any more nuisance calls. After that, he asked for my card’s expiry date! I just ended the call and put the number straight onto my block list.
