Someone managed to get into my Google account and swapped my phone number with this one. We ended up in a bit of a tug of war, with them changing my password about five times, locking me out each time. Then they even took off my passkey, changed the number again, and disconnected my device. Eventually, I got back in on my laptop using an old password through another device, kicked them out, restored my original number, and enabled two-factor authentication. Just a heads up - this is the number that tried to take over mine.
