I got an email saying Hermes couldn't deliver my package and asking me to set up a new delivery date. It seemed pretty legit, so I went ahead and booked one. Then they asked for a £2.10 charge and wanted all my bank info to process the redelivery. I tried verifying with the real Hermes, but their automated system said I didn’t have any parcels waiting. I couldn’t get any further help from Hermes though. When I called the number they gave, it just came up as no caller ID. Watch out for this kind of scam!
