Watch out, I wouldn't recommend visiting their website at all. Better to stay cautious.

Got a call from a robotic voice saying it was “bank security” but they never said which bank. They claimed my card had been used twice, once for about £200 and another time for around £800. They told me to press 1 if I recognised the transactions or 2 to speak to an advisor. I didn’t press anything.
