So, the guy’s called Joseph Scarf, and he works as an investment broker. From what I found, he’s had dealings with Russian funds in the past. Apart from that, he seems alright. He’s associated with a registered brokerage, but honestly, I’m not sure how much the company itself is aware of his history!
