Got a call at 10:11 this morning saying they missed me and had my parcel, asking me to book a redelivery through a link. But when I clicked it, they asked for my name, address, and even date of birth - which Parcel Force has never asked for before when sorting out a redelivery. I also checked the tracking number, and there was no record of it with Parcel Force at all. Seems a bit dodgy to me.
