I received the same message verbatim. We were involved in an accident, but that was over six weeks ago, and the issue has since been resolved. Frankly, we can’t see how a claim could even be pursued at this stage or what they would expect to achieve. Curiously, the amount at stake is £3750. It seems likely that these individuals are just blasting out spam to a large audience, banking on the chance that they’ll catch someone who has had a recent incident and might be gullible enough to bite on what appears to be a blatant scam.

I received a text from this number claiming that I’m due £3750 for an accident that I’ve never been involved in. It's quite baffling! They mention that if I want to stop receiving their messages, I should text 'quit' back. However, there's this nagging suspicion that doing so might come with some hidden charges. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
