Some bloke came round my house saying he could spray my ivy to sort it out for good. Turns out he was a right scammer. I handed over £50 in cash, and he gave me a phone number to prove he was legit. He even called me while standing there. But none of the ivy has been touched, and now he won’t pick up my calls. Just a heads up, watch out for this guy.

Some bloke came over and did some gardening for me, sprayed some weedkiller, and I paid him. Not much has changed, though. I did get hold of him once on the phone; he promised to come back but never did. Since then, I've sent texts and tried ringing, but no reply at all. For now, I've put him down as 'unknown', but I'll update things if I hear from him again.
