Got a call from this number and when I picked up, an automated female voice said it was from HMRC (Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs). I quickly ended the call because I know HMRC wouldn’t ring you on a mobile like that. Feels like a scam to me, so I wouldn’t bother answering if it rings again. If anyone else gets this sort of call, make sure to verify it's legit HMRC by calling them yourself, but wait about 10 or 15 minutes before doing so. Scammers can hold the line open for ages - something called ‘Line Trapping’. Best to be safe than sorry!
