Seems like a scam to me - these folks kept ringing me from loads of different numbers, saying they needed me to install ANYDESK so they could check my bank details to "verify my identity". But their screen stayed totally blank and they couldn't see anything at all. If they really couldn't see my account, then why the hell were they even asking for access in the first place? Fishy behaviour if you ask me.
