Got a voicemail saying there was suspicious stuff going on with my credit card, telling me to press 1 if I did those transactions or chat with their security team if I didn’t. Since the call came from a mobile number, I was pretty sure it was a con and not from my actual bank.

Had a call from someone with barely any English, saying they were from Windows and needed to get remote access to 'sort it out' for my elderly in-law, lol.

this person talking terrible english said they were jennifer from windows and wanted to talk about my computer. when i asked them which computer, they started getting rude and then just dropped the call. pretty sure this is just some scam.
